Kevin was on Spring Break the past week so of course, we managed to fill the week with all kinds of fun! We went to Imagination Celebration at the Citadel Mall with the Smith Girls and Jackie, we got to hang out with Isaac at Papa & Grandma’s, went to the zoo, Paul and Papa Dave took the boys on a 10 mile 4 wheeling trip (Kevin drove his own 4 wheeler the entire time!), we went to the library, and the boys had a sleep over at Grandma Traci’s.
However, even though most of the week was awesome, on Sunday, Thomas had an unfortunate accident. His brothers were chasing him down the hall in our house and as soon as he got to the wood floor in our living room, he tripped and fell. He cracked his little head open on the side and had to get 4 stitches! He was a brave soldier and was really tough about it! But oh man, it was intense and heartbreaking!
