Late Birthday Blog Wishes for Jessica

Happy Birthday to my fabulous sister-in-law, Jessica. She turned 22 years old on April 23! We are all so proud of the beautiful woman that she has become—charismatic, sincere, funny, smart, witty, spontaneous, and an all around wonderful human being! We love you so much Jessica!

To celebrate Jessica’s day, everyone came over to our house for some birthday fun. Brittani put together a series of games from the new hit show, “Minute To Win It.” It was quite humorous.

As shown in the pictures below, we participated in games such as putting a bucket on your head and trying to catch ping pong balls, and shooting rubber bands at pop cans, and trying to wiggle a cookie down from your forehead into your mouth. Paul rocked at the games, and I think Jessica is going to start campaigning to get him to try out for the real show.

On Saturday, we got to go and visit Isaac. The boys get so riled up when they are all together (I know that comes as a shock to all). They jumped on one of Linda’s beds, ran all over the place, played in her playroom, and just had a good ‘ol time! Isaac has such an adorable personality. He fits right in with those little Krupp boys of mine!

We also got some very exciting news this week…the Dolack Family (Marianne’s sister and her family) are moving back to Colorado! We are all so excited to see them soon!

Who's birthday is it anyway?

Bowling Extravaganza

Well, the Krupp family experienced another great adventure this past weekend. Me & Paul (along with Grandma Traci, Mema Marianne, Papa Dave, and Aunt Jessica) took the three little boys bowling. It was so much fun! Kevin did really well. He even got a strike (and beat Grandma Traci)! He even did a little dance after each little throw.

Thomas, being the little tuffy that he is, was hard to control. He would run all over, grabbing bowling balls off of the racks in every direction. It didn’t even matter how heavy the ball, he could manage it. We had him bowl a couple of frames. It was quite impressive. He could tote the 8 pound ball up to the lane and actually roll it all of the way down! He needs sports ASAP.

Lucas was just as he always is: mild mannered and easily contented. He did throw a ball down the lane twice, but he was much happier having me hold him in one arm, and throwing the ball for him down the lane for him.

Overall, the experience was quite a success…even though chasing after the boys made it really more like cardio-bowling than anything else. Well, here are a couple pictures:

Kevin...look at that form!

First Trip To The Zoo

Last weekend, we got to go on our first trip to the zoo for 2010! We were accompanied by Grandma Traci, Aunt Jessica, Uncle Ryan, Jordane, Cortney, Aaron, and McKenzie, as well as Jordane’s family: Brooke, Brody, Jordan (Brooke’s boyfriend), and Jordane’s dad Doug. We had an awesome time. It was a cooler day and we went in the morning so we got to see many of the animals in action.

Kevin knows that zoo like the back of his hand, and he immediately jumped back into his “zoo routine.” He, of course, loves everything from the gorillas to the bears to the birds. He talks nonstop, sharing his extensive on all things zoo related.

Thomas ran and ran, climbed and climbed. He certainly has to be watched at all times. He enjoyed feeding the birds and giraffes, as well as checking out the bears and gorillas. He also really liked the hippos.

Lucas, while wanting me to carry him the entire time, really had a good time as well. He was timid at first, but by the end of the trip, he successfully pet a snake! He thought he was big stuff after that…even a couple of days later, he boasted about his bravery to all he saw.

We also got a special visitor this week! Richard Dolack, Paul’s cousin, came to visit for a couple of days—that was certainly a special treat! He even brought along his little 7 week old boxer puppy. The boys, and Disco, all were very curious about the adorable little creature. Kevin loved running around in the backyard with the puppy, Lucas did warm up to him after a while, and Thomas, while he liked him, was a bit afraid of him when he barked. It was so good to see Richard…I know we all wished he lived closer!

Here are also a cute couple of pictures of Thomas and Lucas. Lucas was trying to look like Travis by dressing up in his sweatshirt and Paul’s hat. Thomas followed closely in suit with his little rain boots and Travis’ hat. They really are super cute kids!

And just a cute story about little Miss McKenzie: She is blossoming into such a cute little girl. The other day, we were eating lunch with her (by far one of her favorite pastimes), and she showed us how she cares for her little baby doll. It is so cute, she has a little doll which she pushes around in a stroller. After she pushes her around, she takes out her baby, feeds it a bottle and then burps it. She Is getting ready for sisterhood! One time when Brittani went to lunch with her, every time that Brittani talked, McKenzie looked at her and “shushed” her. She puts her little finger up to her lips and says, “shush.” Apparently Brittani didn’t get the message so McKenzie finally looked at her and moved her fingers across her mouth as to say, “Zip It!” She is so cute!

Here are some cute pics!
